We’ve developed a streamlined process to ensure you get the support and relief you need, with everything handled right here in our clinic. We’ll take care of the prescription, fitting, and insurance pre-approvals to make your experience as seamless as possible.

Evaluation

Could you benefit from a custom knee brace? Come in for a complimentary evaluation by one of our licensed medical doctors or chiropractors. We’ll help you understand if and how a knee brace could help you, and walk you through our process should you decide to move ahead. There’s no obligation -this evaluation is to help you explore a custom knee brace as a potential solution.

Prescription

We handle everything onsite, including providing the prescription you’ll need for insurance coverage. We have medical doctors on staff right here in the clinic.

Measurement

One of our doctors will take measurements of your leg and knee to make sure the brace will fit properly and comfortably. These measurements will be used to create your custom brace.

Insurance Pre-Approval

We handle everything with your insurance from start to finish including pre-approvals, which means you don’t need to worry about upfront costs for your brace. If you have group benefits, we submit a request to your insurance for pre-approval and in most cases, insurance companies will pay the full amount of the knee brace.

Manufacturing

Our office will submit all information to the lab and your custom brace will be manufactured to our specifications for a custom fit.

Fitting

We’ll let you know as soon as your brace arrives. You can come in and try on your brand new custom knee brace while we make sure the fit is just right. We’ll offer personal support and instruction to make sure you are ready to begin wearing it properly. We’ll also be here to support you after you pick it up, making sure you can wear it regularly and comfortably, and answering any questions you may have.
